Turbo 3000 Boiler
Termovar Loading Unit - Integrates the Termovar Tempering Valve, a balancing valve, 3 thermometers, and a Grundfos 15-58 3 speed circulator in a compact solution. Includes ball valve isolation unions.
Termovar Tempering Valve - Automatic, thermally operated valve that ensures a minimum return water temperature to the boiler, which increases efficiency, prevents tarring, reduces thermal shock, and increases the life of the boiler. Includes ball valve isolation unions.
Automag Zone Valve - Normally closed 24 VAC 1” zone valve designed for continuous power supply. This valve is used to provide the code required heat dumping zone during loss of power situations.
Honeywell AT72D Transformer - 40 VA Multi-mount transformer. Plate, foot, or knock out mounting. Primary 120VAC 50/60 Hz nine inch leads. Secondary 24 Vac secondary uses two screw terminals. Provides a power source for Automag zone valve.

The control includes an on/off switch and a threeposition switch that includes wood only operation, back up only operation, or wood with automatic back up operation. Heat Storage System - Now available in upright ASME pressure rated 220 gallon steel tanks, modular R30 square tanks with high temperature PVC lining, or collapsible, pre-assembled R13 round tanks. Volumes ranging from 220 gallons to 2500 gallons.

339N Probe Thermometer - High temperature, bi-metallic dial thermometer with sensor probe for insertion into the exhaust pipe. Fast, accurate, and not effected by soot or ash, fits all pipe sizes, can be used with single or double wall pipe, includes magnet for secure mounting. The 339N is a valuable operator’s tool providing not only information about the quality of the combustion, but also indicates when it is time to clean the heat exchange tubes.
Enhanced Ash Container- A safe, galvanized, seam sealed ash receptacle with a slide back lid designed for simplified ash handling. It will hold several days of removed ash.

Tankless Domestic Hot Water Coil Kit - Finned copper coil designed for direct submersion in the boiler water jacket. Each coil kit ships with a gasket and pressure relief valve. Produces approximately 3 gallons per minute at 180F boiler water temperature.

Automatic Feed Device – Integrates the Multi-heat pellet boiler with bulk storage structures. The AFD measures fuel level in the boiler fuel hopper, starting an external feed auger upon a call for more fuel. The AFD also produces an air-tight interface between the boiler hopper and external feed auger that closes automatically upon a loss of power.
RIBU1C Relay - Knock out mount, compact relay with indicator light with multiple coil input and contact ratings.
Ashhoe - Designed for the Multi-Heat pellet boilers. Built locally from heavy steel, this ash hoe is designed to fit the V shaped base of the burn chamber for removing ash. The ashhoe should be used in conjunction with ash pan #213050.
Ashpan 213050 - Long, narrow ash pan with handle much like a stretched traditional dust pan that is ideal to be used with the ashhoe for Multi-Heat pellet boiler cleaning.
